Oxford Road water main burst - aftermath B-Roll

On 22nd September 2021 a water main beneath Oxford Road in Manchester City Centre burst and flooded the local area. This footage was filmed in the aftermath of the incident which saw a major multiagency response from GMFRS, Greater Manchester Police, United Utilities, Manchester City Council, and the University of Manchester.
