- In this video, I go over my top 3 favorite extension poles that I use on a regular basis with my GoPro and 360 cameras. Some extension poles are built really cheaply and you can risk losing or damaging your equipment. POVGear hex pole in both sizes exuded quality. I wish however that the twist version of this pole was a a thinner more discrete profile. I think the mini version of the twist pole with a smaller diameter would be a better companion to the longer hex pole

What should I do if I want an extension arm to extend out and look back at the car? Any arm or mount you recommend that won't have too much flex? Will the internal stabilization of the device be good enough to not make it too de-stabilized? And how long should the extension pole be to capture the car within frame?
I would try getting a car that is in front of the car that your shooting far enough away so that there isnt a huge shadow looming in your shot, but i like the Telesin V2, it extends out 112 inches and is great, as for the length of it, im not sure.

Question about gopro. Have you seen the gopro neck holder/mount. It's a little weird but it's pretty cool for hands free. Just thought I would ask. Have a good one

Yeah I think there are better options for mounting on a bike you just want something that is going to be fairly rigid.

Hi, I wonder if you could help suggest a good pole I could use if making inline skating videos? I've got the GoPro hero 7, I would guess the pole needs to be pretty ridged to cope with the vibrations of skating. Also one that's reasonable priced, I looked at the 270 pro but it's expensive and I dont think I would need it that long. Thanks in advance.

Yes they can all be used in water. If you use them in salt water it’s a good practice to rinse them off in freshwater when you’re done

Great video ! I really like the 270Pro backpack, but it's not cheap...when buying directly and shipping to the Netherlands, the total price is about 130 Euro (do you have a discount offer?)
Same issue here. It was pretty pricey to have it imported into Canada. Well worth it though in my humble opinion, you can get some crazy shots with it. I have tried some other similar ones but found them to be too flimsy to be useful

Can I use this for under water shoots...whale watching from a boat.
Yes supposed pools can go underwater it’s just a good rule of thumb if it’s in salt water to make sure you rinse it thoroughly with freshwater when you’re done
