As someone that also has post nasal drip, there are very inexpensive BASIC medications that make it super manageable. Phil is too lazy to take them, and it's super lazy when your job is to talk.

Either allergies, GERD, or some kind of infection is responsible. It's not a hereditary condition because it's a symptom. I will also still make fun of him for it because he refuses to treat it.

As someone with post-nasal drip, it's funny watching him straight up lie about it. It's primarily a symptom, not a cause in itself, and usually treating the underlying cause will make it go away. Either allergies, GERD, or some kind of infection is responsible. It's not a hereditary condition because it's a symptom. I will also still make fun of him for it because he refuses to treat it.
