Ah! This thing is CREEPY looking!!! I love the artists Paizo finds for BOTH of their games but these Starfinder artists are AMAZING at making these creatures evoke certain emotions from the art alone!
Huh, I picked up the Alien Archive 4 (.pdf, anyway), and scanned through it a couple of times, but don't know how I missed this critter, being a fan of the good Doctor myself ^_^ Sounds like they would make a good fit into the "Threefold Conspiracy" adventure path....and they just may be, haven't read all of that yet either.....or they are making me forget?!?! ^_^ On Dr. Who: I'm afraid I dropped off after the end of the Matt Smith run. His ending felt like such a perfect cap to the entire franchise, I was perfectly satisfied, and couldn't bring myself to watch any more (would have felt that way about Post-Endgame MCU if not for the unintended year long break).
I watched the New Who up until series 12. Up until Capaldi it was really fun, and had many high moments. But Chibnall's era has been... Lacking in the best of times, and painful in the worst. Moffat's era with Capaldi is good tho, recommend.
A blending of a dr who monster the weeping angels who turn to stone statues when you look at the them, and something else when you are not . And quantum physics.
@@sethseth9059 in Dr who the angels, if you blink with both eyes they are so fast, they can kill you or close the distance. Very scary. In starfinder they can still move and attack you in their observed form. In their unobserved form they are also impossibly fast and can phase through walls and shields.

This ain't a Seen, it's a Gods dang arms race.
I'm so sorry...I couldn't help myself.
AAAAAAAAAAGH

The art has been top notch and its getting better as time goes on.
Really appreciating your SF lore videos, keep it up.
Thanks so much
Please look at making a video on the assembly ooze! I would like to see how I could incorporate that in my starfinder campaign
Ill add them to the list
Doctor who? The Doctor. One could say, the original.
Probably has high ranks on medicine.

Woo wee wooooooo wah woo woo, badada-da-dada! Woo wee woooooo!
I didn't quite finish the season after Matt Smith. I agree it felt like a nice wrap up
I stopped watching just because it dropped off Netflix, and I wasn't about to pick up another streaming service for the Doctor.

Never seen Dr Who. What are the Seen inspired from.

@@TheMapleTable Is there a reason why you can't take a sledge hammer to their heads when observing them. This would only make them a nuisance.

@@TheMapleTable Just get Mark Zuckerberg to come along with you while you smash them.
So to clarify, what do they change into exactly and who are they trying to fool by doing so?
When you see them, they have the spike arms and legs. Humanoid. No mouth and eyes like the void. When unobserved no one knows what they look like
@@TheMapleTable Isn't that for everything though. It's like the "if a tree fall in the forest" scenario.
