Great video man. I am taking some notes ha. I will be hitting this dive in May when I head back to Miami. How user friendly is Vegas Pro 11? I have been using the basic GoPro software when editing my videos. Also what company did you go through and where did the boat leave from? Thanks! Check out some of my scuba videos too :)
I honestly can't remember the dive company, its been a couple of years, but we left out of Key Largo and Marathon. Sony Vegas has a bit of a learning curve like any software, but there are some great youtube tutorials on how to use it
I know all of you guys are probably American but if you want an awesome scuba experience come to australia because we have blobfish but real nice vid anyways
Thanks for watching! I dove with Captain Hooks. All lighting was natural! I know they took us to Donut reef and another spot about 100 yards from there. All the wreck scenes were in Key Largo!
Exactly how I feel, when I was taking the ocean dive with my instructor he threw a big bag of fish food all over me, I was covering my face all scared fishless and they were swarming around me and I could feel their bodies slapping against my cheeks haha, Its a wonderful world down there! Glad you like it!
I was actually holding it on most of the dives (which is less than ideal, a lot of good footage was too shaky to use), and on the spearfishing I had it mounted to my head...again less than ideal haha. Next dive trip, I am going to play around with different mounting positions!

The problem with the GoPro is that there is no way to stabilize the footage. Good job color correcting the footage. Not particularly fond of the music. Keep filming and perfecting your techniques. Sometimes moving all over the place distracts from the quality of the footage.
Cyrus Homayouni The music was sick. And I didn't notice any shakiness at all. Aside from just natural movement, that you would kind of expect from somebody filming under water with a gopro
+Cyrus Homayouni There are plenty of stabilizer programs out there for GoPro footage, such as Warp Stabilizer in Adobe After Effects 5.5, Deshaker in Virtual Dub, and even RUclips is able to stabilize as you upload.,

No filter at all. Went back in post processing and added the Reds that you lose back in

Brandon Campanile We went on a guided trip in Marathon to spearfish, and didn't anchor. No spearfishing happened on Molasses reef off Key Largo
