I listen to nothing other than Thomas. Its wierd, i cant fall asleep without it. I use to stay up until i couldn't anymore. Scared to fall asleep, now i can easily with this and every sleep story by him.

Then things don’t go well as you are negatively focusing instead of appreciating which causes Life to bring more and more to appreciate!
