This is insane and ridiculously good! With so many characters - where does one start and end? Amazing work and the effort put in must have been exhausting.
It really was a lot but it was worth it because it was about time someone stepped up to the plate to do this. It all started with tons of motivation and community support.

Hey I got around to setting this up a few days ago and thank you so much for this pack, though I'm running into an issue where only a small chunk of characters are appearing, tried re-extracting a few times to no avail, can send a screenshot if you need it

thanks so much at last but i cant download it today since so many people downloaded it i have to wait because google. if you want another project i got one for you and its bigger then this 18k chara screenpack but it can wait a couple of years even though i dont think there is more then 13k chara on the internet
You can actually bypass the google limit btw. I have the instructions in my discord, but I'll put it here. hi sorry uh i succesfully installed the broken mugen file but when i try to extract the folder it just stops after 20 secs do you know how to fix this?
you sure you tried EVERY method? if so I would wait a bit or wait till it's probably like really late or early in the morning to see if you can download it.
well the folder method did work but there is a catch,when im downloading the file near half of the download it gets a error so i must go to the link and restart the download but in the folder method i could not do that

I can't get this to download completely, even adding the file to a folder and creating a shortcut to my drive it fails saying network error at around 100GB downloaded every single time!
I did a lot of tests and MOST mugen chars work. some sometimes do not work because you either didn't have enough ram or, they are most likely a cheapie type of char that is known to crash mugen. this mugen has every type of mugen char. cheapies, nulls, etc... so there is a chance of that happening. some chars can also be outdated so if that happens, just remove them if you have the time.
This means the ram of the mugen died on you lol that;s why I recommend having or using a pc that has at least 16gb of ram or more. you didn't have enough ram to run it.

if you need a program for easy and fast way one click of adding multi chara for select.def i got one

You didn't test it very thoroughly did you? A lot of characters and stages cause the game to crash when loaded.

This means the ram of the mugen died on you lol that;s why I recommend having or using a pc that has at least 16gb of ram or more. you didn't have enough ram to run it.
