so as per usual with this mugen here's a very important disclaimer:
✶ This mugen took up to more than 60 mins to load this time. so, keep in mind depending on your PC it might take more or less than that.
✶ This mugen has exactly 18,000 chars now thus marking the completion of this mugen!
✶ This mugen is 322 GB uncompressed but 169 GB compressed. so, good use of a download manager and better internet speeds will be needed if you want this mugen!
✶ This mugen STILL requires a lot ram! probably a lot more now since it's loading & running 18,000 chars!
✶ You need a lot of storage for this mugen! if you have 1TB or more you should be fine!
✶ This will NOT work on an average computer! invest in some upgrades or get a GAMING PC!
✶ Internet speed is important! this is a VERY HEFTY roster this time! you will run into some issue if you don't have proper internet speed!

└» This mugen as you can tell contains with 18k chars this time, so everything is different. and this will definitely take much longer to load. this project is officially finished, this was no easy fleet but it was worth it. so if you guys were waiting for this, thank you but that's all I will say on that. because...
└➤ remember, you will definitely have to have a gaming PC for this for sure. there are actual CHEAP gaming PCs out there you can get if you look hard enough trust me, just check places like the following:
- Ebay
- Mercari
- and, Aliexpress
and since I will be doing projects like this in the long run again and this one is successful...I will be definitely getting a gaming pc myself as I stated in the previous video, I am currently still saving up for it for that's like maybe around $400 since that's around my budget. if you can't afford one, I still can't recommend anyone with an average or potato PC to have this mugen because it will take an eternity to load and on top of that, will probably not have enough memory to run it in the first place.
⇲ This mugen will DEFINITELY not be for everyone this is definitely for the hardcore mugen gamers. my mugens on this channel is for EVERYONE even for the potato PC users but this one is exemplary for a reason.

✰ ┊ Disclaimers as per usual....
● You can remove/add chars as you please (GOOD LUCK WITH THAT LOL)
● You can remove/replace non-working/crash inducing chars
● You can remove/add stages as you please.
● If you have issues downloading a mugen, make use of a download manager, increase your internet speed or, just utilize your resources and research a fix for it
● If there's a char on here you dislike, due to personal reasons or so, feel free to remove them. (good luck with that)
● Sezuire warning for a few characters on there, some got some pretty flashy movesets. if anything happens stop playing immediately if you have epilepsy.
● Some of these characters have horror elements, if horror is not your thing you're free to remove those characters (I'm talkin jumpscares, demonic messaging/symbolism, and dark imagery btw).

Before anyone asks this was definitely not easy lol but it is finally here. I will defintely be taking a break before I can release more mugens of my favor but for now, I hope you all enjoyed this one and I am open to any questions or concerns you all may have.
Update: im not sure whats going on with me having some mugen battle requests in the comments you are in the wrong channel for that lol my content is strictly focused on providing mugen rosters for download that's it. Period. You can go to channels like ssbk or wailord for they wre also known to have large rosters but do only mugen battles.

One thing I don't get though is the select screen is really slow for me. I'm not sure if it's because I'm running it in windowed mode or not. I have a Ryzen 1600X processor with 64gb of ram so I shouldn't be having an issue I wouldn't think.
I think it's because you could be running windowed version this was full screen for me

Hello! I have the following error and it's said that I should contact the administrator: "This file has been viewed or downloaded by too many users recently. Try accessing the file again later. If the file you're trying to access is particularly large or shared with multiple people, it may take up to 24 hours for your view or download to become available. If after 24 hours you still don't have access to a file, contact your domain administrator."
I tried with the Download manager and does not work. Please help me!
The link that I tried to download is the with 179 GB, the one with the characters.
I think it needs your authorisation to download.
@@andreitabacaru8378 You just have to keep trying, eventually it will be available. I just added it to Jdownloader2 and set the retry time to 10 minutes and 3 days later it was downloaded.
That happens because so many people are trying to download it. So you will have to wait sometime or use a download manager.
If you get a quota issue follow these steps:
If you ever come across a file that has exceeded the quota, you need to grab your own google account and follow these steps:
on the upper right, click on organize/add to my drive and add a shortcut
create a new folder
put the shortcut inside that folder
from your own google drive page, right click the folder and download it
You'll have to wait for google to zip the file, but at least now it's downloadable.
