😍😍So very beautiful your botanical paintings are! I love them! I wish I could paint so well, but I guess I have to practice a lot to reach such a level. I have tried Arches once and it was very nice. I have Fabriano, but only cold pressed, so I will purchase the hot pressed paper. Very nice video!🌸🌿💜
Thank you so much. Yes that is the only way to improve: practice. One of these days I’ll do a video where I show my first “botanical” paintings and you’ll see how different they were 😊
Those are the best papers for both drawing or painting! I use Arches Hot Press for Graphite drawing and Fabriano Artistico Hot Press (Natural white) for Charcoal. Artistico (Extra white),is by far the best paper for Polychromos color pencils!!
Hi, unfortunately I’m not very familiar with using markers, however I should think you should be able to as this is 300gsm paper. Some art shops offer sample packs so you could try it out on a sample

I agree 😊
Thank you so much! I've used Fabriano Artistico Hot Press before and I also found it a bit rough. I'm excited to try Arches Aquarelle now.
You’re very welcome! Let me know what you think 😊
