I wounder if the random dizziness->passing out, then the bringing up of “the scar”, I can’t help but wounder if because of Izuku’s (so much) lack of care and after care, had an underlining effect that started to form and is now getting more prominent (eye pain/stinging->dizziness/fainting)…don’t mind me overthinking over here😅

I also overthink, also you werent the only one. It also appears his eye doesnt see as well as the other, if hes not blind in it already. I wouldnt be surprised if his eye is slowly taking damage due to his lack of caring for the wound and lack of rest afterwards.
To be honest I was wondering about the pain and passing out but when I read your comment, I popped some stuff up too. You have a good theory because that might be the case or yes, the scar is what is causing like you said, but maybe some neurological issues as well.

Tips for when you are light headed(cause I get it all the time): 1.try and steady your breathing till your calm 2.try sit down with your legs out but don’t lie down that makes it worse 3.try to have some water it normally helps 4.let someone know in case you do faint 5.if you’re getting light headed for a reason try ignoring it 6.if you can’t tell if your light headed or not put your hand on your head it can help you tell 7.have some small snacks but don’t eat so much that it can make it worse 8.don’t do exercise or running when light headed this can make you dizzy and sick 9.try to get a comfort toy or something like that and it can help you 10.if it’s because of something like blood I recommend bringing plasters everywhere you go to make it less likely to get light headed

Story of meeeee So i was cooking dinner note im 11 it was my best dish my m9m wae helping me iwas sitting next to a open falme for 15 minents i got lightheaded and passed out on the floormy m9m uad to drag me to the chouch 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😅
