It totally depends on what your tech stack is. There is no compulsion on any tool over here. You can use CloudWatch if it fits your product and serves you well. For Beginners, who do not want to pay, Grafana can be easy to learn, as it is free to download and use (up to some extent, I think)

Why grafana nagios and elk why not cloudwatch if it's in aws any specific reason ??
