So you all are saying that the 16th Amendment replaced Article 1 Section 2 of the Constitution which is total bullshit. "Representatives and Direct Taxes shall be apportioned." The second you see in the 16th Amendment "without apportionment" it refers to an excise tax. No amendment can change what was a Direct Tax into an Excise Tax. We are dual jurisdiction system (Downes v Bidwell Supreme Ct.) We also have dual citizenship. Which would mean we have two sovereigns. The 16th Amendment was only written under one jurisdiction which had set and limited boundaries. In fact we have two definitions of "United States". 26 USC 7701 (9) & (10) spell out the definition of United States for purposes of the income tax. I suggest you all learn and know the definition of "resident alien" and "non-resident alien. Learn what the definition of "trade or business" in 26 USC 7701. Then it would be wise of you to understand what our rights are under 26 CFR 1.871 (1)(a) and 26 6013 (g) & (h). It seems our government and politicians don't want us to know these rights. I very much doubt you can put it together. So I recommend Weiss & Associates (REVOCATION OF ELECTION) RUclips. This will only give you part of the story but is a good beginning.
IRS website says federal employment consist of 5 sections in subtitle C. So what is federal employment? Wonder why sec 3401 say employee includes and officer, employee, or elected official of the United States. Those all sound like gov employees. Now wonder why sec 6205 and 6413 say “United States as employer”

Amazing that no one has tried to repeal this amendment.
I think it's about time we do, if only we weren't so scared or let alone impaired to do so
