I was trained through 3m and for color change wrap applications knifeless is said to be (and in my opinion is) the way to go for guaranteed perfect cuts with not even a remote chance of possibly doing anything at all to the paint.

if you look at real carbon fiber hoods on like an F1 it goes in two different directions on the hood and why wouldn't you just remove the windshield washer ports
