      @AdamGerrald no problem, just helping out your algorithm. I am about to start on week 4 and I'm noticing something in everyday life. Putting on my pants is a breeze, lol. Balance is getting better

    Thank you teacher.
    Its hard to sit on the splits, 30 centimeters remain to the floor. The groin area does not stretch. I hope I'll get over it gradually.
