To be fair, in half of the teams you'd rather play Xingqiu even if you have Yelan. Their damage output is not that different (C0 Yelan, C2+ Xq), while Xq's hydro app is better.
Yes xingqiu simply has way better hydro application, in fact hes too good at applying hydro i kinda have a few troubles getting him to actually vape when using xiangling But i believe in terms of damage yelan does deal more damage though
