this was our first car , then gypsy and then omni, nostalgia!...and again dad bought a final second hand 800 in year 2001, very fun to drive through traffic :)
I learn to drive in this car in 1997. My grandfather bought a brand new car in 1986. Still remember what joyful days we had in that car
Picnic, visit to village, work, cinema, dating, school, college, wedding, shopping, hospital.....
The real beauty of a car is the basic, clear and classic, and sharp design.
My Dad purchased this car in 1985 and kept it for 20 years. I have a lot of childhood memories in this car.
I am currently trying to start my 1996 Maruti 800. It really means a lot to me. It was given to my father as a gift by my lovely fufa. He really cared for it a lot.

These cars are good for low budget customers, easy to drive ,easy to parked ,fuel efficient, low maintenance etc , These cars are still being used as a cab in shillong, Aizawl etc

I have 1995 model. Still running in good condition. My grandpa gifted to my father for his marriage. And we have lot of memories in that.
The 90's maruti was not a car it was an emotion. But us time toh humare paas utne paise bhi nahin the ki we could buy a new maruti 800.

I have Maruti 800 model 1991 it's still in excellent condition , I take care it very much.,I wants to donate my car to a museum.
Even my father has this car in the blue colour and he modify to red colour. But it is the best engine in the world in the old generation but now generations has improved to 2.0ltr engine and 1.2ltr engines in the new generation
