I am just back from Azerbaijan I found this place is hyped by tourism .Nothing great to see .biggest is language problem , rarely available of vegetarian food , most expensive shopping almost unaffordable for common ppl , Baklava was being sold double the price we found…Quba visit was useless n Gabala was also not so great. 😥
