I have gotten better at estimating in my head from F to C and vice versa. I am currently living in Denmark with my husband, but from the West Coast of the US. I absolutely love Remarkably Bright Creatures! I was so hoping you would pick that up! I think it is the book that really got me into reading more books after I finished my degree. Now it seems like all I do is read, watch BookTube, along with a few other channels about some of my interests. Now I am trying to convince my husband to go for a week vacation to Mackinaw Island. Sounds like heaven for me, I love to walk, love horses and carriage rides. You do realize there are laws about working horses for tourism. Especially during really hot weather. At least in NYC. Here in Denmark one of the outdoor museums/parks has pony rides, and the pony’s get every other day off and all get one day off a week when they the museum is closed. Ever want to do a castle tour in Denmark shout out to me.
Such a beautiful cabin. If I stayed out there I would definitely want to read a thriller based in the woods. 😊 Grizzlies will def. eat you. Black bears can hurt you.
Oh wow I just read my first paranormal romance book and it’s based on Mackinac island! It’s called Taming Kane by Tessa Stone. This was such a good video 😍
As someone who is from Michigan, I love mackinaw island and traverse city! Best fudge EVER!!! There’s a book store there called Brilliant Books! There’s so many options there I was overwhelmed lmao I bought so many when I was there 😭

Michigan has truly been a dream! I know Michigan is mentioned in Emily Henry’s recent book which is so cool! I haven’t picked up Divine Rivals because I don’t know if the writing style is for me. I love lots of dialogue so I’m not sure if I’d enjoy it 🥹🫣
