I went to a church I never went to before and they played and sang this song. That was the night I gave my heart to Jesus. Every time I drove by that little church I felt pulled to it. God works in many ways. This was my daddy’s favorite hymn and The Old Rugged Cross. Beautiful. He does a great job singing it.
This song turned me to jesus and I quit methamphetamines and been striving to serve for the lord and to do what's right wish I could get thousand of subscribers to give back thats my mission god knows my heart and that's all that matters I wasnt born with a silver spoon in my mouth I've packed wood up the hill to stay warm when I was a kid who else can respect that and understand what it's like

Never look back. Jesus erased that the moment you got saved. It’s forgotten by him. He says the old man is dead and a new man is born when we turn our lives over to him. Stay strong. It took the Good Lord to turn my son’s life around and stop the drugs also. He is my boy again. I missed him. He was someone else when he was on pills, any kind of pill he could get. God has a plan for you and him. That’s why you’re still here. He needs you to do His work and praise him for saving your lives, literally and spiritually. I’m proud of you. If you ever feel weak, open your Bible and read what Jesus did to save our souls. It will never fail you.

My Father was a Vietnam Veteran, and when he returned to America after 4 years over there, let’s just say he had some bad habits, this song helped him back to a belief in Jesus. Such a special song.

Today is my grandmas funeral and her name is Beaulah. She’s one of the sweetest ladies you’d ever meet and im rlly gonna miss her. This is one of my fav songs now
I used to sing this for my mom on quite a regular basis. She so adored gospel music . Id take my old Martin and go over and visit her and play. We lived out in the country just around the corner from each other so I would see her daily for hours sometimes . I cannot sing this song all the way through anymore. I kissed her forehead and told her I love her seconds before she took her final breath. And now I long for Beulah Land.

He had recorded many gospel songs and as he was laying in the open casket, they played him singing Beulah Land.
He sang at his own funeral and it was both beautiful and touching..

"Beulah land" means promised land. I love this song. My grandmother went to "sleep" at 97 years young and entered into the arms of Jesus Christ. Her middle name was Beulah!! She hated the name but loves Jesus Christ ☝️💖🥰

My father in law was in a gospel band before he passed away and this was a song that they recorded in church and he was singing . At his funeral they played that recording , so he got to sing at his own funeral.

Tonight my grandmother lies in her bed draw her last breaths. I am on way home from nearly 300 miles away to say my last good bye. How i love that beautiful little lady. The first of 36 grandchildren, she told me years ago that she wanted me to learn to play this song on the guitar, so i could play it for her at her funeral. But now with great sorrow in my heart and regret in my mind i didn't learn it. So i pray that God will grant me the blessing to sing it acapelow.

I battle mental illness every day and night so I understand. I heard a song the other day that I haven't heard in many years. It by Don Williams he was also known as the gentle giant. The song said I don't pray for a lighter load I pray for a stronger back. I can tell you my friend the strongest back that I know is Jesus Christ. Who else can take the sins and problems of the whole world and still lives to tell about it? We have a great God and his mercy reigns for ever.
I just want to meet my sweet Lord & savior.. as I pray for my family to know him as I do.
