For those who wanted to know of how did this got turned into a circus music, it was because of the Canadian composer Louis-Philippe Laurendeau, he used the music piece and he renamed it as "Thunder and Blazes" in 1901. It was used as as screamer march (intro song) for circuses, and later became popular as it became the standard piece of circus music throughout the 20th century.

Imagine a bunch of tumblers, acrobats and fools, fire-breathers, that sort of thing, entertaining the crowd with less-than-lethal entertainment, all the while knowing what they're all there for, and then, as the entertainers clear the floor, the gladiators take the arena during the final motif. I think that's where you should be with this. Try it again.
To be quite fair, you had to be a real village clown to agree to fight to the death for other people's amusement.

For those who wanted to know of how did this got turned into a circus music, it was because of the Canadian composer Louis-Philippe Laurendeau, he used the music piece and he renamed it as "Thunder and Blazes" in 1901. It was used as as screamer march (intro song) for circuses, and later became popular as it became the standard piece of circus music throughout the 20th century.
