Hey Alex, this is a Samsung S6 Lite and the performance with smaller documents is good. But it gets laggy with larger documents. Hey! the performance for small files it is good but for bigger files it will surely be laggy since it is just a budget tablet. If Figma is your main priority then I would suggest you to go for an iPad or a more powerful Android like Tab S6 or S7.
Does mouse cursor works well while on the figma page, i am trying to achieve the experience using Bluetooth K+M. Looking for easy to carry tablet which can handle basic tasks of UI as well.
yes mouse cursor works as it is on a laptop chrome browser. But like i mentioned make sure the tab has good RAM as Figma uses a lot. If you just want to deal with small file then its great!
If Figma is just a secondary use for you on the Tab then go for it. If you are buying to specifically use it for Figma then I wouldn't suggest because the experience cannot be equal to using a laptop. Especially when your Figma file gets bigger you will notice lag.
You think that Galaxy S20+ plugged into a monitor with bluetooth mouse and keyboard should run it fine? It have 8gb of ram and Exynos 990. It will not be my mainly way to work. But its nice to travel and leave the mac at home. Buying a tablet isn't the plan right now. Thanks man, great video.
