Great video, new to diagnostic. Just wondering if the 1st signal you show on the screen was the cars MAF sensor and then the one you generated last was your auto sim? How do you know what the scan tool will accept as a frequency please?
@eliteautomotivediagnostics44 I know this is an old video now. But my Primastar is throwing up a P0100 maf code. Even if I try to delete it with the ignition on it stays as a permanent code. Freeze frame data is showing 589.3 kg/h with zero engine speed. Yet in PIDs it’s showing 40kg/h and increases no problem when applying throttle. Could this be a biased voltage?
Unfortunately not due to the code being permanent the engine computer was using a substituted value therefore the live data figure would have been false.

could you of used the generator and then looked at the scan tools live data to see if it was working as well?
