The name Rezz and the album background both remind me of Rez from the Gex the Gecko games. Rex tried to manipulate television to control people's minds.
I remember that game! I had a 3DO to play Gex! got to the last crazy attacking flying TV levels but couldn't beat the game before the disk got too messed up to play it anymore :[
