Everyone knew the competition was going to be tight in the Central East. After Jackie, it's clear that it's going to be a race to the finish.

It's not automatic this year. They have to get top 3, but if they do they don't take up a spot. So if both are in the top 3, the top 5 guys will all go to the games. If only Froning or Holmberg gets top 3, then 4 will go and the other guy misses the games.

I think froning automatically goes to the games regardless.
I have been binge watching these crossfit videos and Froning seems always the nice guy. Walking over to everyone to congratulate them. I think I wanna see him snap. I wanna see him get angry and want to just take a victory from someone just 1 inch short of murdering the guy.
Probably won't happen.
2014 Crossfit Games. He wasnt doing good the whole day on saturday comps and he was pissed. he just shuts down and talks shit to himself. But Sunday comps for him were complete different. hence his Championship
Rich did well in 2014 minus the triple 3 and the sled push. Getting top 15 in any work out at the Games is a good finish and he took a lot of those. He is consistent.. And the amount of volume he trains at during the year is why he is still fresh on Sunday and every body is wrecked and falls off. He gets pissed because he wants to win, he's not pissed at any body else.. because no body else effects your performance.. YOU are in complete control the whole time.

You must have used a broken calculator or done it wrong. Because 182 cm are about 5'10 feet.
178= 5' 10"
mirin these athletes, respecting their physiques too, but why are most of them soooo short? 5'10? google says thats 155cm aprox, thats amazingly short. or is that not even special for americans? someone please tell me because in germany, even girls about 5'10 are called incredibly short.
or is it, that height hinders performance, so that we only see the shorter and therefor better athletes here? some please respond
