I think It's more of a commentary on society & social media. Everyone hustling for whatever they can get & trying to grab as much as they can get. While Prof & Ren are out here pimping their pain, others are out here killing & profiting on others peoples pain, cutting corners or cheatting because the faster you can make the almighty $$ the better, F the consequences. Basically, they're shooting a sarcastic 🖕at society & all the online trolls out there. So it begs to question for anyone who hears this song, how much pain and hustle is it worth for you to make it, or get your 15 minutes of fame, in this fake & divided Instagram world we all live in? I think they've poetically and humorously, if not Prophetically, (Trumps shooting happened the day after Prof released this) painted a picture of the shite times we're living in. Yet at the same time this song is so F'n soulful, that it kind of blows my mind 🤯. This should have so many more views then it does. I Personally I loved it & 🙏🙏 there's a MV to follow. Cheers 🍻
My wife took our youngest son to see Prof last week. We've taken our boys to quite a few shows, but he said Prof was the funnest artist he has seen by far! Unfortunately, I was out of town with our oldest, so he didn't get to experience it. I've seen Prof a bunch of times, though! But yeah, we definitely need more Prof and Ren together.
