No not every stand has an evasive stand barrage and besides stw pushes you away making it almost impossible to punish on top of it being paired with vamp having true combos that do half a players hp maybe excluding boxing users and a Ts that’s more braindead than other Ts stands if you don’t have resistance
i haven't played this game seriously in over a year but i don't think being able to consistently do half of someone's HP bar (even when said opponent is boxing) is fair.
A good stw spin combo is: Charisma, heavy, combo, double steel ball, steel ball, punish, TS, 3x knives, heavy. Combo is untrue after punish if they have TS resistance
stw is not braindead, the point is that almost every stand is gutted in the game currently, it doesn't deserve a nerf at all, there r probably plans for the other stands cuz no way, crazy diamond uses a move and gets punished even if he lands it ☠
and from what i got, stw's R will prob be the only move to gb from stw's whole kit, there r people discussing about it cuz there will also be a PH rework n stuff

Its carried by being able to spam ts and stand combo being a combo escape, else the entire counterplay is just the f button and you cant do anything unless you have a guardbreak like jawbreaker
Broken? It doesn't have ts resist and anything with ts resist will resist the entire ts. This means that his main ability is useless with anything that can move in ts, without any meaning to use. And basically everything on his kit is blockable.

Stw actually has incredible synergy with spin as its 3 hit barrage true combos into all steel balls into ts, more than that spin has 2 true guard breaks which covers for stw’s weaknesses. Spin is just crazy rn trust
