Hi guys.. Just a clarification Stockkholm isn't surrounded by an icy fjord. It is the Baltic sea and an archipelago of thousands of islands on the eastern side and a fresh water lake called Mälaren, with hundreds of islands on the western side. A fjord is a - "narrow sea inlet through high cliffs". Sweden has maybe 3-4 inlets that could count as fjords.. But they are much further north in the Highlands. All other fjords are in Norway, Iceland and Greenland.

Oh wow. Appreciate the correction. I swear someone told us they were fjords, but your explanation makes sense.
