    Its a great exercise, I played it fast and sounded like a hill billy (haha) It really sounds great with banjo rolls too great exercise my friend thank you very much.

      Thank you for the comment! I thought that it is easy to understand if you play the video a bit slower in youtube settings. It basically is a 1-2-3-4 exercise up to the 12th fret, going back 4-3-2-1 to the 1st fret. Try with the slow motion and if it is too difficult please tell me again.
