I believe this is the most detailed build of any that I've seen on the internet! I'm still watching one that Bodie has been working on for years! Hopefully sometime soon, Tim Allen, will be able to actually drive Vik! This build remindes me of a very close friend who's father was well known for modifying Corvairs and installing chevy motors in the front, back in the late 60's and early 70's in Sycamore, Illinois! I'd like to thank not only those folks who are physically doing the transformation of the Corvair, but the talented folks documenting and editing this wonderful build! Thanks Guys!
I love watching you preform those beautiful work's of art because I find it very intriguing and so fulfilling to the point that I just can't wait for the next video to see and learn more of the way's of a master craftsman and master artist. You always make it look so easy but I know that it's not easy at all but with time and patience and a couple million years I might come close to being able to do what you do. I pray. Keep on keeping on my good man. Love the work you do.
This is complete artwork-both the metalworking itself, and also the quality of the video production. It’s like a graduate class in building a car. It may be the best videos of its kind on the internet! Thank you and keep it up!
First of all, the metal shaping on this project is impeccable. I was watching u create those extra little features and was wondering is it good to do something just because u can. But after watching the end result it was tasteful and didn't look overdone. It's my belief that simple is often best but on this I think u guys hit it out of the park!
No Sir there's no getting tired of this Corvair stuff and yeah I thought it was done at the flat metal lower edge and The Maestro gives it yet that last touch where you could almost see it moving at a fast speed .When you're good you're good
Scott you truely are a metal fabricator magician your skills and vision is out of this world,,,your in a league of your own its an honour to watch you work,,,thank you
That plain area at the back of the rocker (In front of the rear wheels) looks like a good place for real nice custom rear exhaust outlets. Another possible idea is to use custom billet machined exhaust plate covers on the outside to highlight the exhaust outlets.
I love the process of watching you make something out of nothing. This is true artwork. Awesome! I realize that what proves masterwork is that you can duplicate it on the other side.
I love watching this build. I'm just amazed by the work they do. Love how he made the tool to make the bottom piece. Can't wait to see the car completely done
CLASSIC CAR STUDIO Speed Shop fab guys are like a national treasure to be protected at all costs😂, all joking aside, the work that comes out of this shop is amazing, keep up the great work.
That's really cool ive been watching you guy's a while now and that your pivoting moments. For me to see that I was maybe thinking exhaust tip out there because it was much wider in that section. P.s.I was a fabricater back in the day but know where i your class.
I wish I had their tools and skills when modifying my Corvair mid engine conversion (youtube - 1965 corvair gtp). Will the side vent windows be eliminated?
I have no idea how he deals with the Stress 🥴 Maybe one day when you dream this kind of stuff up, you can get some sort of diagram off a computer that would at least help you duplicate the other side 🤔 She’s gonna be sweet
Stay tuned! Next week we’re debuting a new series on one of Scott’s personal projects. It’s a 88 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 named “Rodeo”. Keep an eye out for that video.
Just keep doing what you guys doing my car is turning out bitchin

I drove a 1962 Covair in 1974-1975. It was a joy to drive. Good gas mileage and steering was like having power steering.
