Now I'm kinda doing the same thing you are doing but I know that we will never get it right and that we just need to love living our lives before it passes us by. Be patient with yourself and enjoy whatever you fill your day with. It's never going to be even and you will need to eventually get comfortable with it. A little chaos is normal living. If everything is perfect you will be totally bored. I love your trading videos but I think I love your real person type content just as much. Keep living your life .

Breathing is helping me a lot and I'm going to hike on the mountains when I have time. This is helping me a lot. And I'm always thankful every day what I did so far and I'm also thankful that I'm healthy and most important what you can learn about yourself.

I had an issue of balance when I found my self doing 5 things that are completely unrelated every single day. I got overwhelmed one day and asked myself what it'd profit me to do all these and master none, so I decided to distribute them into my future plans and set ones I'm gonna focus on this year and then add others along the way when I get a well hang of one. Believe me, it worked so well for me that it doesn't stretch me to find my self multitasking, i kinda enjoy it now as i add more along the journey.
It's hard to find balance as a high performance individual, and it's easy to get caught up focusing on where we want to be, or feel we should be, so much so that we forget to enjoy the moment. Reflecting on how far we've come and being more present helps, if not with balance, at least with a sense of feeling content, but never complacent of course haha.

Am not sound wise but simply put sometime I spend 3-5 months just playing PS5, then suddenly I active with gym and gardening and at time I like to be around with my family. Yep! Balance is a dynamic happening. Like the movement of the ocean tides some high, some low, some neutral; it’s only when zooming out we can observe the balance of it all…you have to go from the 15m chart back to the 4h chart or the daily to see the trends and the relative balance
Not sure if this will help, but I’m kind of in a similar situation - when you’re doing one thing, just be all about that one thing when you’re doing it, and don’t judge yourself in the back of your mind for not trading or creating content while it’s family time and visa versa - don’t judge yourself for missing a family event when you gotta go into assassin mode on the charts or something
You may not believe it right now, the truth is the fight for balance will fail every time when you're married and start having your own children. When that time comes don't stress yourself out for not being able to do all the things you're doing for others now. You've already made the world a better place. theres only 24 hours in a day and 7 days a week in which 5 of them you can trade although 6 if u trade futures or forex on a sunday after 6pm. taking that into consideration.... managing your time on how much you should spend on the business and when and on trading and when same with family it always can get tricky but if the business is pretty big or has alot of things to work around or look at then having a partner or team to resume all the things u nee to know helps alot to shorten the amount of time you have to put into the business and also u give your feed back of what you want and stuff and then they do it or try and they get back to you whne its done and you go over it. I think that type of frame works well in regards to that though Ive never had a business but Ive been around people that do and Im just talking by what Ive seen and think would do good. but trust falls deep into that cuz you cant have people that wont listen or u dont trust managing parts of your business. I think automating your business as much as possible can aliviate alot of time and effort you get taken away by it and you can be more flexible.

It’s impossible to have your time be split 5-10 ways per day. Just try to look at it as an overall point of view of “I have 365 days in a year, my focus will be on many things but I’m going to try to have it be as equal as possible”. It’s just like looking at a daily chart vs a 1 min chart. Sometimes got to look at the bigger picture.
Try travelling the Philippines it's cheap and there are a lot of tourist spots right here and at the same time you can do whatever you want especially trading. Mabuhay!
Travel, go visit europ. Grab a motocycle, go check out paris, monoco, lisbon, frankfurt, zurch, go see friends, go travel with a friend, escape n live a little, worst case u got trading girl.
But if some weeks/months are more trader and some are more content creator. Doesn't that already balance it out? Who says it has to be everyday equally. You can distribute the balance over a longer-period. Maybe trying to perfect to balance everything at the same time is the issue. Maybe embracing one and doing it right and then embracing the other is the key here.
Perfect anything is a lie we've been fed. There's no perfect balance, health, feelings, peace, family, ect... If I could go back to 30 something I'd concentrate on health and figuring out if I want a family. Because health needs to be as serious as retirement. Health SUPER important. Family, well, you don't want to be alone as you age. Believe me it gets there faster than you realize.
Just remember out of all things and titles you have in this world. You're God's child and He's always got your back. Sooner later, you will see that it's all worth the time ⌚.
