    Ok so today I noticed when I was enjoying (relishing) a nice feeling of relaxation in my body (after rushing/running to catch my train) a spontaneous smile appeared. And the moment I realised that it stopped😅. And then I immediately had to laugh about that, which again started an even bigger smile😅 Felt really heart warming and sparkly✨💫😅 I milked the moment as much as I could. In public it is a little bit more of a challenge bc of the mind going to “people probably think this woman is crazy or something like that😂 Good stuff! Feels like first ignition happened today. Im happy✨😊🌸

      I feel that too. When I recognize, I always smile about it. Then it spreads!

    This was super challenging today. Thank you for all your support and guidance. Describing the challenge of self love as a blockage was insightful and helpful somehow. 🙏

    Ok so I’m doing the 30 days for the second time now. Again day 4 today. I noticed is that I have a hard time opening the heart space even when I envision the cutest baby or puppy. I know how it feels but I dont actually feel it in my body. But the moment I recognise any tension in my body I do feel that warm feeling right after I acknowledge the tension and relish in the nice feeling in my body. Until I catch myself thinking something and the cycle repeats❤ Is this also a way to go about it? Because in my example my metta comes from me noticing that there is tension in my body. It does not come from deliberately pointing myself from a neutral stance to a good feeling one…

      Hello, and wow, well done on going back for a second round of the course! The good news is that you can feel metta, even if it comes from around the corner, so to speak. 🙂 Most often, the block in bringing up the feeling of metta can be released by practicing a forgiveness meditation (such as tomorrow's training Heroic Release). Try a few extra sessions of this forgiveness training. With practice, you'll get stronger at bringing up this feeling. Sending you much metta!
