The one on ronaldo wasn't a foul, he got the ball, ronaldo didn't. If it was today i might agree, but in those times if you got the ball, it was rarely given a foul.

In my opinion you can't sent off Ronaldo after you didn't booked the player who fouled him a few seconds before.
