UPDATE:
- You don't need an Index Capacitator anymore. We now have 8 Illuvial slots from the get go.
- Bonding has been removed from the Game and now Weapons themselves have different composite synergies, besides the basic weapons still having basic synergies.
Other than that this Guide is still very much up-to-date and perfect for you to learn how to build a good team. (even works for the arena)

for the pvp how i create my own deck do i need to own the illuvium to create the deck for the overworld arena ranked one

for arena you create your own decks in the teambuilder. those units you have to have caught in the overworld or use the one that are in the free rotation.
