I wanna suggest you that another bhavishyamalika is there named "kalagnana" by veerabhoga vasantharaya,
In that everything is clearly mentioned..... Even the entry of kalki in which "samvathsara" that comes in 2024 or 2025 .......that gives you so much information please refer that it will give lot and exact information.......... Veerabhoga vasantharaya who wrote that book is none other than vishnu only he only told in that book that he will come again by taking form of kalki avatar.......
