- Chicken fried steak is one of my top 10 all time favorite foods. This recipe takes the ante up a bit by using ribeye steak. When your done frying you gotta use pan drippins to throw down some sawmill milk gravy. This is country eatin at its best

That was a first class meal! I make a lot of chicken fried stead but have never used a rib-eye, I bet that takes it over the top. Good looking gravy too, I could have gravy for every meal!
