- Hey guys this is the second time I record this song and I think it came out good enough to share it with you all ! I recorded all the guitars using the Mesa mark IIC+ from Axe Fx 3 and Marshall cab with T75 speakers (no tonematch). Thanks for watching ! 🤘

This has always been my favorite riff from the album, too!
I got goosebumps when I heard the verse riff for the first time
I prefer Mustaine’s spider chord on Ride the Lightning. That riff never gets old
not even the best in the song lol, 1:59 is waay better than that
I don't get if the palm muted E's are all galloped or not during that riff. Of course the ones during the lick in the first position and those between the D and E chords are not, but what about the rest?

You seem to be concerned with accuracy of sound and playing, so I'll give you a tiny tip. During the intro, the very first few notes, James plays an open D string right before the A chord, not an E. You're hitting the second fret on the D string. It should be an open D. Love your vids by the way, so don't take this as criticism. Just another musician obsessed with accuracy. Keep up the great work!
