Meh, Corino had so much experience across the 90’s indies and such that he knew it was just business. I think Steve is tremendously underrated. His feud with Jerry Lynn in ECW was one of the brightest spots for the dying company.
Which is true because a lot of marks cry and complain about how Vince had always buried him to talents like John Cena, Roman Reigns, etc even though in reality that's not what had happened but regardless he and Sami had great chemistry to where you would know that storyline was going to go get over and it did on TV at the time because of it, anyways.
And to having great matches with Tyler Black, Bryan Danielson, and even of course Steve Corino is something that he would have great storylines for since he had a lot of great chemistry with them as well during that time, anyways.

Smackdown on the other hand has been better than dynamite in the main event area, but not as good in the lower/mid card spots.
For me and a lot of other wrestling fans ring of honor espiecially in 2011 was our saving grace you had a stacked roster not to mention a good buisness mind running the joint you had money matches no offense to Corino but steen carried your ass to a great match and I remember watching this segment and thinking to myself steen is going to be a future champion in whatever fed he's in and I swear if the quote on quote "old guard (Vincent k and Kevin Bucky beaver teeth Dunn) get off the writing staff we will see steen be the wwe world heavyweight champion he's one of the best and shows it night after night thank you Kevin steen

Thank god Kevin lost weight. He really ballooned up in 2010. He still could stand to lose quite a few pounds, but he looks a LOT healthier. Hopefully this will lead to bigger companies taking notice of him. Can anybody else see him winning the Intercontinental title?
