I had the same thoughts but unfortunately it will have lots of sound effects and won't sound as clear as the studio recorded version, besides it's only a minute long or so, I'm afraid I won't be able to make such a short music video with all the content of the film 😅
@@None-fo5hc To be honest I had plans on helping developing similar Chow Yun Fat / Hong Kong action cinema mods with either Max Payne 2 or GTA series games but unfortunately I have little to no experience with modding at all. I mean of course I can do some basic stuff like replacing - retexturing skins, game sounds and music, changing some simple game parameters but I have absolutely no experience with such important aspects like scripting and modelling which are the essential part, even those Sonny Crockett skin retextures I did for Vice City were something that I made for myself, I didn't even plan on releasing them. I have actually wrote OrnBine (the creator of the Chow Yun Fat Edition mod for Max Payne 2) if there's a chance that he could give me the original 3d models of the Chow Yun Fat skins he did for his mod in order to convert them to the GTA series games as I've already seen a couple of Chow's skins from the Stranglehold game but no answer :/ Personally, I am even open to financing the development of these mods if there's any modmaker or person interested in doing this but I had no luck with reaching any of them. My idea of a potential Max Payne 2 / GTA based mod is to emplement features from Hong Kong action films such as music, gun sounds and possibly port Chinese / Hong Kong maps from other games like the Chinatown district from GTA III / LCS and locations from a couple of missions in Hitman Contracts which were set in Hong Kong. What I'm currently considering doing is extracting those old school weapon sounds from Hong Kong films of the late 1980s - early 1990s and see if they fit the aforementioned games. To be honest I'd rather implement them on Max Payne 2 than any GTA series of games because MP2 already has the right Bullet Time and Slow Motion mechanics and porting small locations of Hong Kong from other games should be much more easier, in theory. But it's all words unless I really find someone who is willing to do the job with me financing the project or if I begin working on this myself but this might take a few years. Even though there are already many tutorials on how to create and modify game elements from the game creators, it requires time and knowledge which unfortunately I don't have.
@@nostalgyvideo That makes me wonder how many other skins and sound effects you may have developed for games you should release them they are very cool I love your Vice City skin please if you can make more content like this.
Her name is Maria Cordero was a Chinese-Portuguese singer and actress from 80`s till present. She was nicknamed as Fat Mama in HK entertainment industry due to her obese size before and now she's slimmed.
I have plans on releasing complete soundtracks from Dream Lovers / 夢中人 (1986) and The Diary of a Big Man / 大丈夫日記 (1988) which are some of the Fat's more softer films, other than that I'm not really into comedies, mostly heroic bloodshed and occasional martial arts film genres.
@@nostalgyvideo The Eighth Happiness comedy movie of Chow Yun Fat has a nice intro song by Jacky Chung that is to the tune of Blue Danube waltz and there are some other neat music and one funny musical finale where Chow Yun Fat too partakes in singing a bit.
[ LYRICS IN ENGLISH ]
This world is always changing
Your dreams won't all come true
All the choices I made
Turned into sad stories
Oh, oh
You have to fight for happiness
Oh, oh
You have to fight for happiness
My heart wants to give up,
I've failed so many times
But people still don't understand,
they're never satisfied
I'm wasting my time
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
This world is always changing
Your dreams won't all come true
All the choices I made
Seem to be in vain
Oh, oh
You have to fight for happiness
Oh, oh
You have to fight for happiness
I swear to myself
I'll never ever fail again
No matter what I have to do,
I will succeed
I'm wasting my time
That’s the real reservoir dogs here
いつ見ても、男の哀愁が漂うチョウユンファの最高傑作ですね。
这部戏的音乐和歌曲为它添上了很多艺术色彩。《太子传说》和《喋血双雄》也有这种特色。👍
Love Danny Lee's performance in this movie, danny got its classy charisma especially with it sunglasses
80'city pop ! perfect match this movie ,thanks sharing, support 👍 👍
愛。。。
林嶺東走咗,陳木勝又走埋…香港已無乜導演拍到呢類火爆城市感十足的電影了….
前提係個城市要夠靚,先會拍到咁火爆嘅畫面。。。
精彩, 正
Cool
Thank you ☺

Say nostalgy do you plan to make mods for games that are Chow Yun Fat related ? Even Chow Yun Fat skins would do for GTA perhaps ?

Cool.
The singer has some Tina Turner - Gladys Knight vibes to it.
