What mouse are you using? I don’t think that’s the Apple Mouse icon. And don’t know about any other mouse that’s supported in the Batteries Widget
My Logitech mouse supports the batteries widget

Any M chip will work with it.

They have 2 separate channels. Sequoia 15.0 and 15.1, you get to choose if you have Apple Silicon (In the Beta Updates menu)
Is there a way to use it in europe ?
I've heard you can change your region to US, but as someone who is in the US I can't test it.

I can confirm changing the region to US works, also change the language to US English
AI on macOS can be turned on if you change your region to United States. Unfortunately the same method does not work on iPhones.
