Thank You Dr. Boster, I'm on Tysabri myself. One little extra bonus to help me with my Dr. visits...I now take a different to get there & home...I live on Long Island NY & I go to South Shore Neurologic in Islip & I now use Ocean Parkway to get to & from....this helps me BIG time....an enjoyable commute driving alongside the Atlantic Ocean....water Always calms me down relieving me of any stress & anxiety.

I am on Tysabri myself. I have heard from other people that I should not be getting this during the pandemic. I personally never hesitated one bit! Thank you for explaining this to Natalie me, but many other people out there hesitating to have this excellent medication.

Dr. Boster, W ould liketo hear your thoughts on Evusheld vs a 4 th booster. On Ocrevus for almost 4 years, No COVID antibodies detectable to date. Have had relapse type responses after 2nd vax and the booster dose.. Not looking forward to another relapse, although neuro doesn’t think vax triggers relapse. I think it dos in me! Neuro suggested Evusheld. Your thoughts. Please? Thanks in advance.

Thanks doctor. I am on Tysabri and it’s been great, almost no side effects and no progression per MRI’s. Glad to know it’s safe to take!

How do you feel about Biogen dropping the observation time following the infusion under the new protocol?

Love this! How do you know it’s time to start using infusions verse pill medication?- I understand we’re all different wondering if there’s a general thing to consider.

Question. Do you know if Sotrovimab has any adverse reactions with Tysabri? Both are monoclonal antibodies targeting different areas but will one make the other one less effective? 🤷

Is Tysabri a DMT you recommend for 60+ yr old newly diagnosed MS patients? If yes, how long do you recommend 60+ yr olds plan to take Tysabri if they remain JC Virus antibody negative?

I love Natalizumab! Very effective, very safe (with the right prevention follow up)!
I hope one day we will be able to prevent JCV with vaccination or viral therapy. Thank you doc!
