Some people need to realize that not everyone has a good retirement. Some people only have $1000 to $1500 a month. That shoe box condo may be right in budget. It's great you show lower income options.

I've been in a house, in a village, on the Darkside, for a little over a month. I love it! There's a sauna at the clubhouse that I can use whenever I want. 3bed 2bath, 180sqM, 24k a month.

The change to 75% foreign ownership will make no difference to foreign investment. The Property Association came out last week when it was proposed said there is only two Condominium buildings in Bangkok that are at 49% Foreign Ownership. Two out of thousands. There are a dozen more at 42 to 43% foreign ownership. The rest are under 40%.

I lived in a Jomtien dogbox; it’s awful, but cheap. Head upto Isaan when you settle down. Can build a small house for 1m baht

The facts are that people in the west are used to 1 bdrms that are 500 square feet at the very least. Small units that are under 300 square feet are fine for a hotel room/short stay but to actually live in them is unacceptable to them.

I've been a subscriber for a while and planning to come to Thailand in the future. Your videos are great, you show all different budget condos which is plus plus plus. Don't worry about the bashers just keep throwing them off. They probably have terrible lives and have nothing better to do but bash someone who is trying to help people. Thanks for all you do.
