So the saga is that the first J-Hope video got blocked, then I disputed, but they kept the block, so I went in and trimmed the bits they flagged (it was pretty much just the intro of the song) and reuploaded. Hopefully it'll stay up but just incase it doesn't, share it far and wide so people get a chance to see it (if they are into BTS vocal analysis of course haha!)
“You feel like you’re being invited to the performance” - pretty much sums up j-hope’s skill as a performer. He is always very much engaged with his audience, he makes you feel that you’re part of it rather than just a spectator

really thank you, most of vocal coach reactors don't watch rappers solo songs so we very rarely can learn about their singing skills from the technical point of view, you can say they just ignore rappers. j-hope is my fav member so I really appreciate that you took a time to make this video.
Other than him being an amazing rapper and a good vocalist, he's a great performer. Got the whole crowd smiling and singing along with him. His stage presence is really commendable, like we and other BTS members say, he was born to be on the stage. Jhope knows his voice very well and loves to play around with it. He does melodic rapping a lot too. You can hear him singing in songs like Spring Day and Make It Right since he's the sub-vocalist of the group.
in fact : He’s the dance leader of bts he can rap.. sing ! he really can sing & . beatbox and of course the machine of freestyle dance he’s the Golden hyung 🥺🔥
What I love about j-hope is not only that he has many talents, but also he engage with the public. At the concerts we are all part of his performances. He's an amazing vocalist and I hope we can see more of his solo work
Did you ever get a chance to hear his talking voice? Last upload in the live chat we talked about how hobi has a unique speaking voice too. He’s a unique fellow for sure.
jimin speaks really manly and tough sometimes lol especially when he's talking with other members..ugh my heart i like those moments as much as i love him talking sweet to Armys. Many foreigners - including some I-Lovelies - say he looks kinda sweet and a lil bit feminine but if they understand the way he talks in his Busan Satoori, they wont be able to say that 😂

I went from being a fan of really no one for years to being a Grobanite, or a Josh Groban fan, because his voice is, well, no explanation necessary...then, my teenagers started listening to BTS in 2017. We have been a BTS Army family ever since! I've been to 7 live concerts and they are by far the most thoroughly entertaining and talented group of men I've ever seen. Truly a special, special bunch of human beings! You need to watch the back story and introduction videos by xceleste and learn about them as people! Also, Army is the most amazing group of fans I've ever been a part of! The concerts are just a joy to attend!

Originally that song was released as an Outro on j-hope's mixtape from 2018. It was only 1:30 minute outro, but on March this year, on 3rd anniversary of his mixtape, Hobi released extended version with beautiful lyrics.

I wish antis wouldn't be so anti and that OT7 would give the Hobi support he deserves. -Just because Hobi is great at singing he's not going to take lines away from the vocalists. -Just because Hobi is great at rapping he's not going to take more than his fair share of rap verses. I love Otsukare. I think it‘s probably the most energetic and fun song you can find with BTS in them. Whenever I feel down, it lifts me up sooooooo much🥺💜

I personally prefer "just dance" there is more melody to appreciate Hobi's vocals. Hope you ge to see that, too. He seems to be the rapper that low-key sings.
JHope is BTS's main dancer. He and Jimin are the "dancers" of the group. JHope was an underground hiphop dancer and Jimin was the star student at Busan in contemporary dance. JHope is a spectacular dancer, even better then what you see through BTS with the exception being Wings: Boy Meets Evil comeback trailer. And I personally think he's the best singer in the rap line. He wrote Mama in honor of his mother (who is still alive) so the song is very personal to him.
As a bonus video to this unit....you should definitely go back to their fist few songs (no more dream or boy in luv) and cover Junkook as a rapper when they started. They are all such babies back then.
Please don't spread misinformation. The "v was supposed to be a rapper and j-hope vocalist" is a false rumor spread by armys. J-hope already was a rapper way before v even joined the group.
