    Sir thanks for tutorial. Sir during accuracy study we use only one API for study. To calculate found conc. We draw a standard curve and calculte the conc. From area using standard curve. Please make a turorial for recovery study of accuracy parameter for API and product with calculation formula.

    Sir me HPLC handle karta hu
    Ek quition tha sir hplc ke dilution banate samay Jese jab hum example 50 ml ke volumetric flask me jisme hamara 25ml sample he jo water me dissolve he use jab methanol se mackup karte he mark tak aur stopper laga kr mix karte he
    Tab solution ka volume kam ho jata he, std aur sample dono ke case me esa hi hota he to Mera prasn yahi he ki esi situations me Kya Karna chahiye usme aur methanol add Kar ke Fir se mackup Karna chahiye ya nhi bahut confusion he sir please sahi answer bataye...
    Dusra quition- jab ham std ya sample ko sonicate karte he Tab solution ka volume increase ho jata he especially jab complete dilution methanol me bana ho..
    Esa kyo hota he sir aur iska Kya solution he pleases guidance dijiye sir..

      Dono question ka ek hi answer hai yeh sab density difference aur sonication ki heat ki wajah say ya ager water change nahi Karo to water garam ho jata hai sonicator ka ek baat aur ager ek baar volume makeup kar diya to dusri baar nahi karna hai .isliye hamesha chaho to pahly drug ko thody say solvent May mix Karo sanikat Karo phir volume make up Karo.

    Sir I have got a conc of my sample 0.972 ug in 20 ul injection through HPLC
    I gave my sample for quantification with conc 30 mg/ml
    Whose conc came out through HPLC to 0.972 ug
    So sir
    How much amount will be present in 30 mg/ml ?
