In my own case , i found 19v on the pin 16 but the enb is not present , i traced the enable back to the io chip and i see its not coming from the output of the io chip, what other solution can i do if i dont want to replace the io chip ?

Sir mery laptop py chai gir gye thy mein ny saaf kr k on kia to sahi on ho gya..
Screen black thy full lekin flash light maarny sy sahi nazar aa rha tha or laptop b sahi kaam kr rha tha.
Mein ny aik shop sy check krwaya hai to unhon ny fuse change kr dia hai jis sy ab screen mein ab 5 mint k liye light aati jati or phir dubara black ho jata.
