It doesn’t fit. Why do I keep seeing compliments . In an Asian face, this should be a little less pointy with NO nostril showing from the front. That’s why I genuinely think Korea has the best plastic surgeons out .
I agree with you about the style of the nose on his Asian patients, but you’ll be surprised to find out that people still go for him to perform their surgery regardless. Some people really like that overly done look, especially a lot of Asian influencers. He does a lot of work like this. Most of the patients don’t need excessive height added to their nasal bridge. It’s too much bulkiness, and it makes their chins look recessed and too small. A good surgeon will not only adhere to the patients desire of giving them a more defined nose bridge, but also assess other parts of the face to see if a chin implant or a sliding genioplasty is necessary.

I can't agree with this even though it's her choice. I respect her decision but the after doesn't look better. he looks like Pinocchio or Michael Jackson in the after. Her nose before fit her face so much better. the ONLY thing she needed in the before was injections in the chin to push it more forward to harmonize the profile of the face. My honest opinion.
I agree with this. No doubt Dr. Yoo is skilled, but so far I've only seen a handful out of all these videos with results that look natural. If anything, these videos have convinced me never to undergo rhinoplasty.

I did a lot of researching for Asian rhinoplasty specialists, and Dr. Yoo seems to mostly specialize in building the height of the nose through DCF from rib cartilage. If you already have a decent nasal height, I’d look into surgeons who specialize in closed rhinoplasty (specializing in nasal tips).
Now, donated rib cartilage is widely used as a material for nose surgery in Korea. Is it not used as a material for donated costal cartilage for nose surgery in the United States?

I still don't understand how nasal augmentation for nasal bridge projection works. The top of the nasal bridge which meets near the forehead is all bone, so how does cartilage or fascia fuse together with solid bone at the top of the bridge to become apart of it as well as stabilize in it's new position? Won't the implant shift out of place if it is bumped by accident or someone punches you in the face? Don't cartilage bend and warp out of shape overtime since the cartilage isn't the same to where it's been placed? I want some answers Dr. Yoo. LOL

What Can you do if you are not 100% happy with surgery? It feels like for example me I had ”minor nose surgery” and he fixed What he was suppose to but i sacrificed my nose projection to fix problems with length and retraction. Should I complain to the surgeon or should I accept he did what he could and he doesn’t owe me second surgery. I Will of course ask him but I don’t really have the heart to complain but at the same time Maybe its my best interest to do so

Hi doctor, can you remove Diced cartilage fascia graft if it's over augmented?
It can be removed, but often if can also be partially resected.
She would also benefit with doing a genioplasty. Bringing forward her chin will balance her side profile
