I have a question regarding frames: after grouping elements we can ungroup. can we do the same for frames?

Absolutely, you can group and ungroup elements. When it comes to frames, you group multiple frames which turns them into a single element. Inside the group, everything behaves like a frame since you grouped one. To remove a frame from any single element, simply left-click and choose 'ungroup,' and it's gone.
