Making your own icons is more skill and shows that you have more experience in your portfolio and it's not that hard to make simple icons takes less than 1 minute
And I'm not sure blobs are considered cool
You can CTRL A to select all then change that one color in the whole Frame without plugins
But you did mention some useful ones like to change all text
