I am 71. Was in arthritic pain in my back and knees, feeling exhausted throughout the day, and on an inhaler. Was over 50 lbs overweight eating both complex and simple carbs. Began carnivore diet 90 days ago. At first I did not lose lbs. but my clothes atarted fitting better, PLUS arthritic pain waned, and I no longer needed an inhaler (within about 3 weeks). My energy is now constant throughout the day, I no longer crave sweets, and within the past 6 seeks have dropped twenty lbs. I feel GREAT. My brother just told me yesterday I appear and look younger with energy. I am so GREATFUL for meat based diet without processed grain and sugars. THANK YOU, GOD, for cows 😊
@@barbaraibielpropaganda put out by the vegan lobbying party. Meat is good. Cancer, diabetes 2 are recent health issues they were not a thing 150 yrs ago. Processed food is poison.
Wrong. See Dr. Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken D Berry re: this. Sugar(s) cause heart disease. Red meat (w/o processed foods ) does not. Red meat is healing. 😊
I grew up drinking raw milk as a kid. My aunt had 3 cows and the whole naighborhood would buy it. I drank it directly and still warm. Can't be compared with the milk nowdays. She produced all her food herself. Organic garden, sheeps, pigs. I was never sick in my life.
And now there's a ban on raw milk... Funny how it seems that all of the natural and healthy things for us get demonized and outlawed and all of the heavily tampered with stuff that's loaded with chemicals, preservatives, and other additives are perfectly legal and get constantly shoved in our faces with endless advertising, especially geared towards our kids...
My doctor thinks me eating the proper human diet is a terrible idea. I’ve been able to stop blood pressure meds, lost about 15 pounds (I wasn’t terribly overweight) & my bloodwork is great. She on the other hand, is overweight & on ozempic. I love her & hope for only the best for her but, she refuses to think out of the box.
When you see the Real world, outside of the matrix, nothing matters anymore except making God proud😊. I'm glad you made this video,I can recall when I was homeless, lost my only son; lost my car; my husband is bedridden, im his caretaker and raising my daughters 3 young children. no support system, no state help and faced with many things in Life until $75,000 biweekly began rolling in and my Life went from A homeless nobody to a different person with good things to offer!!!!!❤️
Isaiah 45:3 speaks of a transference of riches from the heathen to the righteous...I will give you the treasures of darkness and the riches hidden in secret... I receive this for my household in Jesus' name. Amen!
Hello, how do you achieve such biweekly returns? As a single parent i haven't been able to get my own house due to financial struggles, but my faith in God remains strong.
Eating the carnivore diet has literally changed my life! I've done this since diet since January. It has drastically improved my energy, sleep and weight. I've struggled with thyroid disease for 20 years and nothing helped until I adopted this lifestyle. I feel better than I have in decades and my bloodwork is great.
I'm an almost 48 years old white man. Never had any significant (obvious) illness or defect but, at 6'2" I had been overweight and soft at 225+ lbs for decades. March 1st of this year, my wife and I started a STRICT paleo diet; no processed foods, nothing with wheat flour, no sugar, only organic "free range" meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. I do calisthenics about 15 minutes every morning. I've lost over 50 lbs, I can see my abs, my skin is clean and glowing, my energy is much higher, and everything pretty much continues to feel better every day. My wife's results are pretty much the same! Eating only whole, real foods and getting a bit of exercise is absolutely the best thing any of us can do for ourselves AND the environment. It also helps local farms and businesses thrive, because we're not buying corporate produced goods. It's an absolute win.
@@dirkolsen6202 wife started the research and I followed along. Very few "professionals" will be helpful with this particular subject. There ARE some doctors who have started advising people to follow a whole food diet, and most of them actually seem to know each other. 😂👍 Start researching the "paleo" diet and you'll be amazed at what you find. We've been lied to and manipulated for decades; it's time people learn the truth. ❤️
@@dirkolsen6202 we did our own research, but took a lot of our info from drs like Casey Means, Eric Berg, and Paul Saladino...as an update, I'm now down to about 167 lbs, approximately 8-9% bodyfat and getting absolutely shredded only doing calisthenics and some work with resistance bands. Energy is through the roof, and performance is better than ever (in every room, if you catch my drift.) I cannot recommend a whole food diet enough; it's totally life changing. 🤙🏻❤️
The 4 pillars of health are: 1. Diet; You need to eat a health diet. 2. Exercise; Your body is designed to move , so move it in a significant way everyday. 3. Stress management; Stress is a killer, so learn to manage it. Pray, meditate, etc. 4. Sleep; sleep is when your body repairs and cleanses itself. Get a good night sleep.
The very beginning of the video is very on point. When it comes to diet, there are many misconceptions about what is healthy. Seed oils are NOT well known by the average person to be terrible for health. So many restaurants cook stuff in those oils. I used to think that getting chicken in a light sauce with a bunch of vegetables and rice was a healthy choice in a restaurant. Whether or not it is depends entirely on whether it is cooked in a healthy oil like olive, coconut, or avocado oil, or an unhealthy one like canola or some other vegetable seed oil. One is good for you, the other makes the meal terrible.
Good Points! Health food stores carried good foods, no sugar added to anything, nowadays, sugar is in everything=cravings & salt=$$$. Seaweeds, sesame oils.organics, fresh, not frozen. Movement and less Computers. Clears the Brain
@tammimesce6537 You will get off the carnivore diet once you get a heart attack, a stroke, or get diagnosed with cancer. You are listening to a charlatan. Saladino never presented one piece of scientific evidence for what he is saying.
@@kjettern You did not do any research. Here is a study: “Dietary carbohydrate intake and mortality: a prospective cohort study and meta-analysis”. Findings: “a percentage of 50-55% energy from carbohydrate was associated with the lowest risk of mortality.” “Low carbohydrate dietary patterns favouring animal-derived protein and fat sources, from sources such as lamb, beef, pork, and chicken, were associated with higher mortality, whereas those that favoured plant-derived protein and fat intake, from sources such as vegetables, nuts, peanut butter, and whole-grain breads, were associated with lower mortality,…”
@@kjettern Show me the studies to the contrary. Then you deny science. Then you claim that it is a political conspiracy. Then you go to anecdotal evidence. You are completely brainwashed.
I don’t care that Paul eats fruit now. He has taught me so much since late 2019. And this interview is fantastic, please have him back on Dave👍🏽. He’s still a well read, intelligent, forever student who doesn’t stop researching.🖖🏽
Dave, I have listened to so many conversations about health in the last decade and this was the best conversation that touched on the whole picture. Thank you for bringing Paul on! He is truely genuine and authentic. Someone else you may want to interview is Dr. Gabrielle Lyons. That would be another amazing interview.
Seed oils were developed for lubrication of machinery during the Industrial Revolution. Dr. Paul saved me when he introduced me to carnivore on his first appearance on Joe Rogan. I am 130 lbs lighter, now. I am off 16 full time medications, off 02 24/7, building back the muscle mass my body consumed during my illness, too bad I can’t grow back the teeth that fell out due to calcium loss. Thanks Doc!
Two of my favorite channels collide with fantastic results. Saladino is a human gold mine on this stuff. I eat like him and run circles around my younger sicker self 😎
The government will ignore any type of solution because it does not generate revenue for corporate companies, whether it’s big food or big Pharma or some other big conglomerate. I will quote the great Dr. Robert Lustig. “Any food that is linked to a television commercial should not be consumed.”
Everything is the complete opposite of what they tell you. I've been eating nothing but saturated fatty cholesterol laden meat for 5 years and my health has gotten WAY better. No heart disease and all my inflammation is gone.
So true. The stuff at the start of the video about vegetable seed oils is pretty on point though. You can eat meals that seem really healthy, like chicken stir fried with a bunch of vegetables, and whether it's healthy or not is determined entirely by what kind of oil it's cooked in. Olive, coconut, or avocado oil get a thumbs up. Canola, soybean, or corn oil... the opposite. I think this is one of the keys to why health issues are so rampant, sometimes even people who are very health conscious think they are eating healthy but they are not.
You eat less calories it has little to do with what you choose to eat aside from the fact it's hard to eat as much calories by eating meat than eating carbs
@danielrubin353 not necessarily I eat 4 to 5000 calories a day on this diet im leaner and much much healthier than ive been since i was in my early 20s
Diet really is key to everything. In 2019, I started keto because I'd been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, my liver was showing signs of stress, I was living in one big migraine, and I was pushing 200 lbs. 4 months later, my blood glucose was steady at 85, my ALT was in normal range, I hadn't had a single migraine, and I'd lost 35 lbs...and I had way more energy! 5 years later and I'm seeing more evidence of the damage that had been done, but still keto and now near-carnivore, and I can't imagine going back.
As well as Dr. Robert Kiltz and Dr Sean O’Mara … check out Gary Brecka, too. (He may seem more as a ‘bio-hacker’ but truth is EVERYTHING he recommends can be done free - in nature, as Dr Saladino states.) We, as a human race, need to rethink our lifestyle … it is killing us. Only 7.8% of the US population is metabolically healthy - and our children are just as sick as the adults “in charge.” Thanks for having Dr Saladino … great conversation - have followed him for a long while.
I have been following Dr Saladino since his Carnivore Code book and think he is on target with his adaptation of the Animal Based diet. Please get him back for more!
@@MarieLamour-cv1jc lol healthy carbs.... there isn't a carb that is healthy. He calls himself carnivore MD and isn't even meat based. He's fruit based.
@straycatsam7963 no it isn't. It's carb based. That's like saying a someone that eats a lot of eggs, milk and cheese, can still say they are vegan. He eats more fruit than most people. His diet is carb based.
This was fabulous! It's right in line with my thoughts and observations. There is nothing that frustrates me more than the government allowing so many things in our food that are detrimental to our bodies. Thank you for this excellent podcast. ❤
Dr Anthony Chaffee would be fantastic! Much better than Paul Saladino; who is uniquely twisted. In “carnivore” circles he is considered to be off base because he combines opposing nutritional understandings…

I went partial-mostly carnivore for a whole year prior to this and lost a total of 30 plus pounds during then. Total down 60 pounds. Still have a long way to go with my autoimmune condition. So many years I was consuming SAD diet, fast food, seed/vegetable oils, protein bars and margarine. I’m so ashamed at times but we were all lied to by our government and corporations. Wish I knew then what I know now.

Extremely thankful for you doing this interview for us to learn more about how the foods we consume. (I was diagnosed with advanced stage 4 terminal prostate cancer - at the “young age” of 47. Every single specialist said I would be dead in 2 months, maybe 3 if I was “lucky”. Note: at the time of my diagnosis my PSA was 3,280. Under 4 is where you’re PSA should be. With only palliative care available at this late part of the cancer I started looking for something I could do myself. I found a study done at UCLA in around 2004. @thomasfholland No, we don't need anti-science charlatans. Your anecdotal evidence does not prove anything. The facts are: meat is unhealthy, raw milk is dangerous.
Do you understand how brave Paul is for communicating the information he is sharing. He is pushing a lot of hot government buttons who don't want this information being shared. What a great guy for doing this. He isn't the only one there are others. Hopefully we will get enough people who can get behind this and make changes that help the wellbeing of Americans. My knees feel so much better. My gums were inflamed and my dentist has noticed it is way better. I grew up on a dairy farm and drank a lot of raw milk.
Awesome discussion. It’s great to hear this from a medical doctor and not just a nutritionist. Gotta watch that. I am driving by most all of them, fasting instead of eating at what people are experiencing. Just the bad oils alone or all the overused MSG or very many nearly identical ingredients (free glutamates) adds up to neurotoxicity, (excito-toxins; look that one up). I keep telling myself “that is poison “., which is also how I cold turkey stopped candy bars in the late 80s. Thank goodness I was never addicted to FF (fake food). Now I opt to drink more water and add a clean sea salt for mineral balance and improve cellular hydration.
Love Paul. I've been healthier since listening to him especially recently when he's off the carnivore only train. Honey is great. Fruits are great. Grounding is great. Meat is great.
Grass fed beef is actually pretty cheap to raise. It's the retailers charging more, along with government adding regulation and other costs that raises the price of meat. Get to know people who raise livestock if you have the opportunity. You'll typically find smaller producers raise animals better. Make sure they are raising animals that fattened on a natural, holistic diet. Some breeds do better on pasture (like Hereford cattle) than Angus cattle. Go ahead buy a chest freezer, buy whole animal and pay a butcher to cut and wrap the meat into the cuts you want. It's a great way to save a lot on your meat bill and boost local economies...
Didn't know Hereford does better grass fed than angus! How about the whitefaced angus, mix of Hereford and angus. Maybe that's why the mix. New information for me -thanks!
@@debbieb1482 The reason why Angus are crossed with Herefords (Whitefaced Angus) is because of a study from the 70s or 80s that compared the taste of grain-finished Angus to other cattle, without figuring in what those other cattle were finished on. The flawed study found Angus won, and if you wanted more $$$ for cattle, they needed to be primarily black. (Likely the study was funded by those with a corner on Angus beefers at the time). I find Herefords finished on diverse pasture taste much better than Angus finished on whatever. The right breed means fattening on pasture is an important component in flavor. It means it's ready for the market faster, and that it has more marbling suitable for finer dining. Diverse pasture develops terroir and adds to complexity. Chefs actually prefer terroir in meat...
@@b_uppy Thanks for your comment - great information. This makes me feel like I'm talking to my brother.. My dad raised Herefords a very long time ago and he would have been interested in this or would have known it. I just discovered the mix in the breed recently. I'll keep this in mind while shopping for beef so I won't be so willing to pay that extra $$ for angus anymore!

Crisco and McDonald’s are bullion dollar companies. They partner with each via contracts. It’s all about the profits for them. It would probably take legislative action to ban these seed oils from the fast food companies.
Great discussion. I'm a 5 year mostly carnivore (around 95% animal products). I was on a 'healthy' low fat omnivore diet for 45 years with increasing health issues. I went whole food plant based and my health got worse, much worse, very quickly. I reintroduced meat, read so much about carnivore that I tried it for 30 days, just to see. ALL my health issues resolved, so I kept at it. For me, it is the healthiest, easiest and most satiating way of eating. I live in New Zealand so all my meat is high quality, either grass fed and finished or wild hunted. When I eat fruit it's only local and seasonal out of my garden for a few weeks a year. Dairy is inflammatory for me, raw dairy isn't, and there's a local farm that sells it so I make my own raw cheese. I can't eat honey and I'd never drink fruit juice, I'm a carb addict so eating or drinking sugar makes zero sense. Don't listen to influencers, even when they're doctors, find out what works for you.
Psychedelics saved me from years of uncontrollable depression, anxiety, alcoholism, smoking, and illicit pills addiction. Even at the hospital the food is not healthy, they kept giving my mom Ensure, have you seen the ingredients?!, It’s horrible and full of sugar that kept spiking her diabetes, there has got to be something better than Ensure when you’re not able to eat.
Totally agree with you. Hospital food is awful. Plus, my mom had super high blood pressure, she was eating "Healthy Choice" frozen dinners. I asked my Mom, have you looked at the amount of sodium?
Processed sugars break down exponentially faster than natural sugars. When it makes its way into the bloodstream its like sending a spiked cannonball through your veins, which is the big issue with sugar. Its the cause for cholesterol plaque buildup because it creates all of these micro tears in the lining of the vascular system for the cholesterol to snag on and begin building up deposits
You can find a study done by a professor (a real one !) at UCLA where he talks about how destructive refined sugar is for everyone. The comparison was refined sugar is as bad for you as heroin!!!
One caveat for the grain finished section. Ive done a lot of pipeline excavation on farm land, and there are quite a few cattle ranchers who will plant non gmo wheat or millet in a section of their property and then let the cows fatten up on it once it goes to seed. Ofcoarse they eat the whole plant. One monsterous ranch, 13k acres, had an uncontrollable amount of hemp, ditch weed, growing around every runoff area on the property that the cows would graze on. They were some meaty mofo's
When my boys (now in their 40’s ), swear they’re so healthy because when they were little I had a Jersey milk cow so we had all the raw milk and butter we could use! Great show, thanks!
It’s a shame that some people are critical of Paul for not being stubbornly dogmatic. He should be acknowledged for constantly being in pursuit of truth, while at the same time recognizing that not everyone will thrive on the same dietary choices.
But the carnivore community is critical of him because he IS stubbornly dogmatic. There's nothing wrong with changing your mind, but he's not basing his changes on science, just his personal experience, and he pushes his beliefs as if they are gospel. Considering where he now lives and what he does, to promote a high tropical fruit diet, with the juice of a whole water melon daily, is terrible advice for all the metabolically challenged people who are addicted to carbs.
@@sportysbusiness How can you call him dogmatic when he's been very flexible and experimental? To make the accusation that he has no studies/science to back up his inclinations is just BS. Sure, he openly acknowledges that there is personal experimentation so some of this is anecdotal, but it's usually based and fueled by studies. I'm content to still follow a few carnivore personalities but I've largely been turned off by the gatekeeping and inflexibility that largely exists in the community.
@@giantfactory Because once he's made his mind up, his pushes his new way of thinking, from organ meat to fruit, to now fruit juice. Happy to read any links you can provide.

caution on the fruit juice. It's loaded with sugar the same as a can of coke. Fruit juice is condensed fruit nutrient and falls into the processed food collum. Yes, Dave, Canola is an actual "thing". While traveling to some places in England in May and June 2023 I learned that the fields I saw covered in beautiful yellow flowers are canola plants. Rapeseed (aka canola) oil is made from the small black seeds in the plants. It was very challenging to find any products in London that did not contain canola oil!
This is the reason that ten years ago I started to go to a PA that is a natuopath and she is way more considerate of blood work and diet than what is my weight and height and poking me. Instead it is PSA, bloodpressue, hormone levels, and metabolism than giving me a pill to correct another pill's side effects. This guy is preaching.
Thank you, Dave for a GREAT SHOW applicable to ALL of us! It was a welcome break from the "other insanity" aka politics. Even though yes, there certainly is a dotted line connecting things! Love to have this guest more regularly.
I was following Paul for many years. He has been all over the place when it comes to what we should and shouldn't eat. The only things he was always consistent about are seed oils. Note, that he is most like so called "Lean Mass Hyper-Responder", so his diet is unlikely to work for many unless you are in the same category.
I got very sick in 2011. Every doctor told me that I was "fine." I still get told that, because by their medical standards, am healthy. It took me 10 years to figure out that it was a mold problem. I have a gene that doesn't process it correctly. I'm working on getting better from that and food is a big part of that. I was surprised at how unhealthy a lot of things I was eating are. I eat pretty clean now. Fruits and veggies everyday, protein, not a lot of bread, working out regularly. People often miss how HORRIBLE sugar is for you, too. It's in so much stuff, even ketchup! I do think people should be able to tolerate all healthy foods. I'm my own research, it seems as though there's something else going on if they can't such as Lyme's, heavy metals or mold (in my case). Mikela Peterson just found out that her primary issue is mold, and she's been able to add in other foods that she couldn't before.
Im a gardener and we have goats and ponies. I'm hesitant to use their manure because it could be contaminated with Grazon which is a herbicide which could be sprayed on hay fields. A local farmer said they only use it on pasture ground and not on hay but who knows for sure. A friend got some contaminated soil and it killed her plants. What does she do with it then? I know Miracle grow isn't goi g to kill my plants but the trade-off is it's expensive and synthetic. It's sometimes a classic catch-22.
avocado oil has a very high smoke point. i will not fry with olive oil because of the low smoke point. you can saute over low heat without denaturing the olive oil. butter is also not good for frying while ghee has a higher smoke point and can be made at home from butter.
I mostly agree with, Paul on many things. But he’s right about seed oils. He’s right about the inflammatory model of heart disease. He’s right about insulin resistance and sugar being the cause of much of our health problems. As a medical doctor, my goal is to help you be healthy. If you’re healthy, then you’re healthy- so why try to fit you into a box that you don’t fit into. Too many people report doing great on a particular diet and being admonished for it. But if it’s working then why would I want you to fix something that’s not broken.
That's wonderful!
Yes me too!! It's opposite of what we were taught! I feel snaking kn 95% meat. I. Elated!!
Question. Did the two of you do your own research, or did you take advice from a Physician or Nutritionist?? (68-year-old white male)
And sunshine is essential to good health. Of course as in all things moderation is key.🌞
Add in FASTING. Give your body a break.
Exercise will help dealing with stress

@@debbieb1482
The reason why Angus are crossed with Herefords (Whitefaced Angus) is because of a study from the 70s or 80s that compared the taste of grain-finished Angus to other cattle, without figuring in what those other cattle were finished on.
Imagine carving heavy chains for over a decade and then all of a sudden that burden is gone. Believe it or not, in a couple of years they'll be all over for treatment of mental health related issues.
Congrats on your recovery. Most people don't realize that psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives.
To be honest, mushrooms are one of the most amazing things on the planet and it is natural, they serve in many ways not only for mental related issues.
Can you help me with a reliable source I would really appreciate it. Many people talk about mushrooms and psychedelics but nobody talks about where to get them. It is very hard to get a reliable source here in Switzerland. Really need!
Yes, Sporeville. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addiction... Mushrooms definitely made a huge difference to why I'm clean today.

I gotta get me some cows and acres
When my boys (now in their 40’s ), swear they’re so healthy because when they were little I had a Jersey milk cow so we had all the raw milk and butter we could use! Great show, thanks!
It’s a shame that some people are critical of Paul for not being stubbornly dogmatic. He should be acknowledged for constantly being in pursuit of truth, while at the same time recognizing that not everyone will thrive on the same dietary choices.
You're correct there. How can you be dogmatic about food when we are all so different? There's no one size fits all.
In fairness, this is the best interview I've ever heard him do, he was the least dogmatic I've ever seen. I'm interested to see the studies showing drinking the juice of a water melon daily alongside at least 3 servings of tropical fruits alongside several servings of honey all eaten with meat is healthy. Happy to read any links you can provide.
THIS interview is an example of what a high quality channel is all about. This is a very important topic that needs to be covered mainstream. It's almost as if a carnivore/keto diet goes hand in hand with distrust for government recommendations. Well done Dave!
@neilsbergstedt
Interviewing a charlatan, who presents no scientific evidence for what is saying, is a high quality channel?
@@barbaraibiel Yep! Just follow the money. There's no money in being healthy so there's no great push to prove what he's saying is correct. I've been following his methods and I know many who have and everyone has been better off.
@@neilsbergstedt Yep! Just follow the money. Did you know that Big Broccoli spends billions of dollars on lobbying? There is no money in what he is pushing? He is selling his book. The diseases that his diet causes take a long time to develop, and they are: heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and others.
Oh, for exercise: Sprinting (6-12 seconds) is #1 best, then Resistance Training is #2. Look up interviews with Dr. Sean O'Mara for detailed explanation including MRI scans showing the difference it makes to your body composition. What you especially should NOT do: Long-distance running. That wastes your body away.
At 44:40 you talk about depleted farm soils. Here in Sweden a study showed that mass produced apples today contain only 2% of the amount of minerals that apples did 80 years ago.
That is why planted apple and pear trees
@@tracenixon5487it's not about what tree is planted its about the depletion that happens from not letting the fields go fallow and crop rotation. Monoculture agriculture is destroying g the land.

Best. Episode. Ever! I really enjoyed this one. Great guest. He was interesting and engaging. I learned some new things about how I am eating. More guests like him, please!! Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Anthony Chaffee, even that Steak and Butter Gal would be interviews I would love to see.
Our family switched to olive oil and avocado oil, low carb diet eating only real food, and exercising. Never felt better. I’m 64. GI issues gone. Excess weight gone. Visceral fat way down. Sleeping better.
caution on the fruit juice. It's loaded with sugar the same as a can of coke. Fruit juice is condensed fruit nutrient and falls into the processed food collum. I ask my mother, when I was a kid, why we didn't have fruit juice in the house and she said because it's man made (processed) and anything man made in food will kill you sooner or later - you can eat them but only in extreme moderation but it's best just to leave it alone. That was 55 years ago.
I went from whole food vegan ( I'm a fit 36 year old woman now and I was vegan 3 years) and it absolutely obliterated my health. I got so bad that I couldn't work anymore. Hormones were ruined, I had chronic pain and anemia. Long story short... I've converted to 95% meat diet ( eggs, butter, fish beef) and now feel absolutely amazing!!!
Now all my craving for sugar are gone.
I enjoy my food because I get to gave fatty meat and creamy coffe. Im in heaven and I'm more fit than ever!
FANTASTIC information! Thank you so much!
Really enjoyed this conversation. I just started carnivore 3 months ago, and I'm feeling amazing. Would love to hear more stuff like this Dave;)
I bought a papershredder and 'performance' oil with it. Just to find out it was pure canola oil and they charged me alot more for it because they labeled it "performance" oil and i was dumb and didnt know any better until it arrived.
I read this once somewhere about specialization in medicine - "We are learning more and more, about less and less."
P.S. It's called the Daniel Plan, not the David Project LOL ;D
I am a psych nurse and would love his advice on diet and current psychiatric medications.
Not sure if he's talked about specific medications, but if you check out Saladino's podcast he's had many discussions on diet/mental health.
Dave do this type of show more often this was great
Outstanding topics, people have no idea how bad the food / ingredients they are putting in their body is for them. Something that the FDA said was good for us 10 or 20 years ago, likely is horrible for us now! Keep up with the latest data, it can mean the difference between life and death or just better quality of life! 🎉❤
Great conversation! Thanks to both of you.
Since I started the animal-based diet (not perfect but probably 90% disciplined to it), my eczema has improved significantly!
great to see this content - thank you
So glad to see you interview Dr. Saladino!
Please interview Dr. Robert Lustig
Fascinating episode! Thank you both so much.
Yup, real food keeps you healthy
Thanks both
Im a gardener and we have goats and ponies.
Amazing. I just ordered Dr. Saladino’s book Carnivore Code yesterday, and he’s here on Rubin Report today. This has been happening to me A LOT lately.
