@@Fahrenheit4051Dunno. The only reason why I knew it was a newer one was because it has an orange Triangle on the strobe reflector. Just cuz it's brighter doesn't have to mean it's newer.
The only thing I dislike about these panels is the display where the buttons are is adhered with adhesive and it pulls off over time, I had to put electrical tape onto it to keep it in place.

My display was peeling, too. I used Scotch mounting tape.
