Depends on what ur up against. Decrep is more defensive by reducing enemy cast/attack/move speed as you know, so this weapon is better for HC mapping than it is for SC where dying isn’t really an issue.
Sure it's good, but when it comes to damage... for having 500+ ed on etheral weapon and only outputing 1200 damage=low Hellslayer>your baby 24/7. A fucking 200 ed(perf roll) + etheral has over 1200 base damage. = getting it to 5 sox = 4x 15 ias/ed jewel + zod = vola 100 ias weapon with easily 1500 base

The minimum damage gives more one shot capability, the average damage of executioner's is better
